About the project
Working in collaboration with iLine Technologies, Channeline were employed to rehabilitate a twin culvert pipeline beneath the busy town centre of Walsall, UK. The culvert required urgent rehabilitation, with serious structural defects including concrete spalling, delamination, and potential failure posing significant concern.
Channeline crafted a custom-made GRP pipeline, precisely fitting the non-circular shape and 1.4-meter diameter of the twin culvert pipeline. This bespoke approach ensured a perfect fit, minimising installation complexities and optimising performance.
With the tailor-made GRP pipeline ready, iLine Technologies Ltd took charge of the installation process, with Channeline providing technical support and collaboration to overcomechallenges during installation.
