About the project
Working in collaboration with iLine Technologies Ltd, Channeline successfully rehabilitated an ARMCO culvert positioned 3 meters below a busy highway. Spanning an impressive 45 meters with a 1.2-meter diameter, the culvert exhibited signs of rusting and structural degradation, demanding immediate attention to ensure the integrity of the underground infrastructure.
Channeline's proficiency in crafting custom-made GRP pipelines proved instrumental in this project's success. The team meticulously designed and manufactured the GRP pipeline to perfectly fit the unique dimensions and contours of the existing ARMCO culvert. This bespoke approach ensured seamless installation and a reliable long-term solution for the structural defects and rusting issues faced by the pipe.
iLine Technologies Ltd then installed the pipeline.
By opting for the circular GRP pipeline, the project removed the need for over-pumping, thereby mitigating road disruptions and reducing additional costs.
