About the project
City of Los Angeles faced a critical challenge when one of its key sewer lines suffered severe damage, compromising its structural integrity. Recognising the urgency and complexity of the situation, Mladen Buntich Construction, a reputable contractor, took charge of the project. Acknowledging the need for advanced technology and expertise, they collaborated with Channeline.
Our unique slip line technology enabled Mladen Buntich Construction to install 500 meters of GRP pipeline from a single jacking point. Installation rate reached 240 meters in just 3 hours, showcasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology.
The sewer presented a challenging environment with changing diameters and curved sections ranging from 57 inches to 39 inches, but our custom designed and manufactured products were tailor-made to fit within these parameters without compromising water flow and capacity, ensuring the extended and protected integrity of the sewer line.
